Sales Terms & Internal Hotel Rules
- RATES
Non Refundable Rate/Offer
Payment conditions: As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and collected.
Cancellation conditions: This offer cannot be canceled. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made.
No-Show Conditions: 100% is charged and non-refundable.
Modification conditions: This offer can be modified up to one week before the planned arrival date and depending on the availability of the new dates. A change fee of 50 euros applies and, where applicable, the difference in the price of the new dates. If the rate is lower, no rate change will be made. The modification must include the same number of nights.
Security deposit: 100% of the total amount excluding extras is charged upon booking.
Flexible Rate/Offer
Payment conditions: Your debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. Some cards cannot be used as a guarantee, in this specific case, a security deposit for the total amount of your stay will be required.
Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation until 2 p.m. the day before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is canceled later, a cancellation fee will be charged, equal to the first night's rate without extras. This amount is not refundable nor can it be used as credit for a future stay.
No-Show Conditions: Fee equal to the first night's rate.
Modification conditions: This offer can be modified until 2 p.m. one day before the scheduled arrival date depending on the availability of the new dates. The difference in price for the new dates applies. If the rate is lower, no rate change will be made. The modification must include the same number of nights. Security Deposit: The amount of the deposit varies depending on the length of stay. The equivalent of the first night will be charged for stays of less than 4 days or 25% of the total for stays of 4 days or more. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- TAXES
VAT/Sales Tax of 10.00% is included in the prices.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is payable on arrival. We collect this tax for the city of Paris, it is not income for the hotel (5.53 EUR per person per day). This tax may vary, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time according to local government regulations.
- CHECK IN & OUT TIME
Arrival
Check-in is from 2 p.m. until midnight. In the case of a late arrival, the booker is obliged to specify a late arrival time. After this period, the reservation is considered a no-show and billed as such according to the pricing conditions.
Early arrival
It is possible to check-in before 2 p.m. depending on availability on the day, and from 11 a.m. A surcharge applies.
Departure
Check-out can be made at any time and until 11:00 a.m. Room rental ends at 11 a.m., regardless of the customer's arrival time.
Late departure
It is possible to keep the room until 3 p.m. maximum. A surcharge applies.
Day Use
Arrival from 11 a.m. and departure until 3 p.m. Beyond that, the daily rate will be charged.
- PARKING
The GASTON hotel does not have parking. However, there are places on the streets, and we have a partner who offers this service. In the 2 cases, the Gaston Hotel cannot be blamed or responsible for damage to your vehicles under the pretext that we have proposed these options. We do not guarantee the space's availability or the car's safety. However, our customers can benefit from a preferential price negotiated with this partner.
- PETS
Pets are not allowed in the establishment. Guide dogs for the blind are admitted free of charge with prior agreement from the hotelier. A pet is the responsibility of the room tenant. It is forbidden to leave it unattended in the room.
Any damage, caused voluntarily or involuntarily, must be paid by the room's tenant.
- CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED
A child under 2 years old is charged €9 per night for the use of a baby bed. No extra beds are available. The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly to the property.
- DAMAGES
The customer must use the rented room in a good manner.
The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our guests are invited to report any violations immediately to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the customer must incur civil liability. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies for any infraction noted after the client's departure, the amount of compensation will be debited from the client's card.
The hotel may demand in the event of voluntary or involuntary damage to materials, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel, full reimbursement with a penalty and damages of €1000 to €2000.
The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition that is deemed unsuitable. In the event of damage to carpets, bedding or box springs, the hotel will require reimbursement of the damage with a minimum charge of €1000 for repairs and to prevent the rooms from being re-let.
Generally speaking, the customer must pay for any damage caused directly to the hotel. He can call on his insurance (if he wishes to be reimbursed) for all voluntary or involuntary damage he causes during his stay.
All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to claim the amount of one night's stay for additional cleaning costs from a guest who smokes in their room. If the guest wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the designated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations (available on site), the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any reimbursement. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount for consumption not declared on departure as well as room damage. This amount will be taken from the bank imprint provided when booking. The hotel will have no obligation to notify the customer but can provide them with an invoice upon request.
- COMPLAINT
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier immediately.
- LOST & FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Objects left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. If the customer requests the return of his belongings by parcel or mail, this will necessarily be done with tracking and insurance for valuable objects. . The shipment will be made after payment by the customer of the shipping costs.
- ACCEPTANCE OF HOTEL REGULATIONS AND SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay entails acceptance of the special conditions and internal regulations of the Hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions results in immediate termination of the contract.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTEL WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
INTERNAL HOTEL RULES
1. RECEPTION
The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and slovenly, customers whose behavior is noisy, improper, drunk, customers whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.
Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make their identity and that of the people accompanying them known.
2. Opening hours
The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. The hotel welcomes you 365 days.
3. Room occupancy
The customer cannot bring third parties not known to the hotelier into the room, unless authorized by the latter. Likewise, the customer cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.
4. Access to rooms
Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 2 p.m. Nightly rental ends at 11 a.m., regardless of the customer's arrival time. A luggage storage service allows customers to leave their luggage at the hotel reception in exchange for a receipt which will be required for their return.
5. Key management
The room key is a standard key that the customer must give to reception so that they can inform their staff of the possibility of cleaning, otherwise it may not be done. It must be returned on the day of departure.
In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €50 and charge the amount to the customer's credit card.
6. Nuisance and respect for other customers
Noisy, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without reimbursement for their stay. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must stop between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
For the respect and rest of other customers, be careful not to slam doors or make too much noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Any neighborhood noise linked to the behavior of a person under his responsibility may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment without there being any need to carry out acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is likely to harm customer peace and quiet (art. R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). The noise requiring the reimbursement of customers having suffered the inconvenience will be debited to the credit card of the noisers.
A hotel room is a place of rest. All commerce is strictly prohibited there.
It is forbidden to walk around barefoot throughout the establishment.
7. Responsibilities
Children are the full responsibility of the customer. It is forbidden to leave children unattended or alone in the establishment. Our staff will notify the authorities.
8. No smoking, 100% non-smoking establishment
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for applying the ban on smoking in places designated for collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes you to an additional charge of €100 or to legal proceedings.
Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €200 for the cost of putting the fire safety system back into service.
